Facel Vega FV2B, 1956 informatie

The Facel Vega FV2B is the successor of the Facel Vega FV1 and FV2. The Facel Vega FV2B is a very luxurious 'grand routier' with excellent roadholding capabilities and an overwhelming engine capacity. The Facel Vega is a 'majestic' sports car, the interior and the exterior show very characteristic details and ravishing French design. The automobile is very comfortable, even at very high speeds. The car features the finest leather seats, a beautiful dashboard, power windows and all the luxury one can ever wish in a classic car. All bright work at the exterior is not chromed; all these parts are fabricated of stainless steel.
The steel body is built upon a very strong steel tubular chassis. Facel used the most impressive engine of its time; the Chrysler Typhoon 'Hemi' V8. The suspension is independent at front and a live axle is used at the rear.

Information

Facel Vega FV2B, 1956. Colour 'Torch red' with a beautiful black leather interior. This fine Facel Vega is currently being body off restored, to immaculate top condition, in our workshop. When finished the automobile will be better than new! The original leather will be restored and placed back into the interior giving a delightful atmosphere. This FV2B is the oldest Facel originally registered in the Netherlands. The automobile features the sought after combination of the 5.4 Litre Hemi V8 engine and the manual Pont-a-Mousson four speed gearbox! Restoration is almost finished. Soon you will see a BRAND NEW Facel Vega!
