Company discovered the Healey day before the opening of the "Earls
Court Motor show" in the year 1952 at the show-booth of the Healey
Motor Corporation. In the year
1956 the Austin Healey 100/6 saw the light of day, the first Austin
Healey with six-cylinder engine was born... Six cylinder
engine Austin Healey 100/6 BN-6 two seater, year 1959. Chassis number: BN6L4036. Body colour Primrose yellow with a black leather interior piped white. This fabulous and sporty Austin Healey was restored in the Netherlands a few years ago. The car has been modified for 'fast road' touring and the car is very well suited to participate in historic (rally) events. This Big Healey is in excellent condition! The car sports black enameled wire wheels, roll bar, a rally grille, sump protection, additional driving lights at front, special bumper overriders at the rear, a sports steering wheel with leather covered rim, overdrive switch on the steering wheel, rear axle modification, special shock dampers and two aluminium 'bullet style' rear view mirrors.
