Company discovered the Healey day before the opening of the "Earls
Court Motor show" in the year 1952 at the show-booth of the Healey
Motor Corporation. The Austin Healey 3000, also known as the "Big Healey", was produced between 1959 and 1968. The Healey 3000 was the follow-up to the successful 100/4 and 100/6 Healey's. The 3000 was the first Healey fitted with power-assisted brakes and disc brakes on the front wheels. The 3000 was to be the last "big" Austin Healey. Six cylinder

The car has been serviced and maintained in the Lex Classics workshops over the last years. The car comes with a comprehensive service history. Recently the car received service and four new tyres. This Austin Healey is a quite rare three carburettor Mk II model. The car sports chrome wire wheels, chrome 'eared knock off' hub nuts, Vredestein Classic Sprint tyres, additional driving lamps at front, overdrive, oil filter modification (taking filtre cartridges), center shift gearbox, electric Kenlow cooling fan, aluminium rocker cover, high torque starter motor, AC dynamo, Stainless Steel exhaust, 123 electronic ignition, special petrol filler cap with lock, chrome luggage rack and a sports steering wheel.
