The Ferrari 308 was introduced in the year 1975 as successor
of the Ferrari Dino. Again the styling came from Pininfarina
and we dare to say that the 308 is one of the best looking
Ferrari's from the 1980'ies up to this day. The Ferrari 308
featured a 2927cc. V8 engine. Ferrari clients could order
the 308 as GTS (Targa model) and as GTB (coupe model). In
the year 1981 the 308 was fitted with Bosch K-Jetronic
petrol injection in order to bring the emission values down
(models GTBi/GTSi). One year later the Quattrovalvole models
followed featuring 4 valves per cylinder and about the same
power as the original carbureted versions. The 308 was
succeeded by the Ferrari 328 which can be considered as the
308 in it's final form with restyled front and bumpers.

in very good original condition. The automobile was imported to The
Netherlands in the year 1998. The car has known one owner ever since.
The car has been used as a real GT on long journeys and everything feels
and operates 'spot on'! The car comes with an extensive service history
file, all service on schedule. 3000 kilometres ago the timing belt was
renewed. 3042 Ferrari 308 GTS Quattrovalvole cars have been built, many
in Ferrari red like the famous 308 GTS as seen in the TV programme
'Magnum P.I.' with Tom Selleck. This colour combination of 'Grigio
Ferro' with 'Rosso' interior is the most sought after, just...:
